You are seeing this message because you are using the Django runserver and the DEBUG setting is False.
Runserver should not be used in the production.
If you do not see page the styling - set DEBUG = True or use --insecure flag with the runserver command.
To serve the static media in the production:

In this example, it is the fact that "contacts" is in plural that puts it into address book rather than generic. You can notice in the guide that the examples we have for generic:search:contact are all searching for a single contact. The use of the expression "my contact" is also a pointer for choosing address book over generic.
