You are seeing this message because you are using the Django runserver and the DEBUG setting is False.
Runserver should not be used in the production.
If you do not see page the styling - set DEBUG = True or use --insecure flag with the runserver command.
To serve the static media in the production:

Annotate this as reject_uninterpretable - we cannot give a clear interpretation with the presence of "how" in the middle of the utterance. (To bear in mind for other utterances - it is ok to interpret eg "put radio 2" as synonymous with "put radio 2 on" as this is a natural-sounding ellipsis)
