You are seeing this message because you are using the Django runserver and the DEBUG setting is False.
Runserver should not be used in the production.
If you do not see page the styling - set DEBUG = True or use --insecure flag with the runserver command.
To serve the static media in the production:

"radio on" may be the name of a film, but in the context of a user who is in their car, it is more likely they are interacting with the radio. My interpretation would be that they want the radio on 'preset 2':
audio_media:na [radio]<provider> on [two]<label>
