The correct tag for 'home' in this example is <environment>, which covers "entities such as houses and cars that have internal areas of interest", as in this example:

environment_control:set:temperature -- set the [house]<environment> temperature to [twenty two]<absolute_value> [degrees]<unit>

So the correct annotation is: environment_control:enable:lights -- turn on my lights at [home]<environment>

Some clarification - in your example 1, the "light my way home" is a light setting which the user can set to illuminate their way from the car to their home once they have parked, which is why we use <light_type> here.

In your example 2, "home" is tagged as <relative_location> as the user is specifying the location at which the the window opening should happen.
