Not sure how to deal with 'call kent street mobile'

Utterance: call kent street mobile Annotation: calling:call:contact -- call [kent street]<street> [mobile]<phonetype> Question: We run into quite a lot of utterances in the calling domain and with a noun that is likely to be mentioned with 'phonetype', yet some of the utterances don't have an obvious 'contact' object, making the 'phone_type' mention unchoosable. This example above is certainly one of such and extremely interesting. Kindly tell us your idea on this. Thanks a lot!

Where utterances cannot be fully annotated because of the unavailability of mentions etc., please use "other" This is basic rule which should be applied in all cases.

    Correct Annotation: Annotation:

calling:other -- call kent street mobile

The following is an example from the Guideline: calling:call:contact -- call entry number [two]<which> on [private]<phone_type> number (Note: This uses the contact object because of the phone_type mention.) According to the lastest instructions, this one is supposed to be calling:other too?

No, this annotation is correct and complete as it is.
