The team has clarified that knowledge:display and knowledge:automotive, which are more general, are secondary to the other intents in knowledge, which are more specific.

    Correct Annotation

    knowledge:definition – can you define [4matic]<search_phrase>

Recalling a previous question about a type of utterances/queries that contain the keywords in knowledge:definition yet you believe the real intent makes them fall into knowledge:display. Is this rule still considered true given the new rule above?

Could you provide some specific examples?

https://askbot.eciol.com/question/1354/not-sure-whether-to-use-other-or-knowledgehelp-when-it-comes-to-unsupported-queries-in-other-domains/ Sorry for the late reply, but we just recovered from COVID. Kindly check the question above where our team was struggling with :definition and :display

Hope you are well now! Yes, it still holds that the definition intent is for requests to define "specific words or phrases, including acronyms, abbreviations and names". If the user is more likely asking for information about a feature, or how something works, this does not fall under definition.
