Not sure whether to reject or annotate as usual

Utterance: 34 9 plus 9 Annotation: knowledge:calculation -- [34 9]<number> [plus]<operator> [9]<number> ,or rejecttranscriptionerror -- 34 9 plus 9 Question: We run into quite a lot utterancces like this that focus on calculation yet with 'point' missing. We are not sure whether to annotate as well (don't know how your code will deal with this in this case) or to reject them. Kindly provide your opinion on this. :D
