Confused why it belongs to "exchange_rate"

    Utterance:

jaký je směnný kurz z botswanské puly na turkmenský manat

    English translation:

what is the exchange rate from Botswana pula to Turkmen manat

    Original_annotation:

knowledge:conversion -- jaký je směnný kurz z [sourcecurrency] botswanské puly [/sourcecurrency] na [targetcurrency] turkmenský manat [/targetcurrency]

    Corrected_annotation by reviewer

knowledge:exchange_rate -- jaký je směnný kurz z [sourcecurrency] libry [/sourcecurrency] na [targetcurrency] euro [/targetcurrency]

    Question:

We find an example in the guideline:

knowledge:conversion -- i want to exchange some money to [thai baht]<target_currency>

(Note: Also this uses the word 'exchange', it is not clear that the user wants the conversion for only a single unit of currency.)

Our understanding of this utterance prefers that the user is for requests to conversion between two units of currency though it includes the keyword "exchange rate". So we confused why it belongs to "knowledge:exchange_rate" intent. Please give us your thought on this. Thanks.

We prefer knowledge:exchange_rate in this case because, in our interpretation, the sentence "what is the exchange rate from Botswana Pula to Turkmen Manat" has an implied source value of "1". That is to say, we are not specifying an amount that we would like to convert, whether this be exact e.g. "I want to convert 100 botswana pula to turkmen manat" or vague e.g." i want to convert some botswana pula to turkmen manat"

    Correct Annotations

knowledge:exchange_rate -- what is the exchange rate from botswana pula to turkmen manat

    knowledge:exchange_rate -- what is the exchange rate between [canadian]<source_currency> and [u. s. dollars]<target_currency>

We just found another example from the guideline. knowledge:conversion -- what is the exchange rate between [canadian]<source_currency> and [u. s. dollars]<target_currency> According to the interpretation above, it seems to belong to "knowledge:exchange_rate". Kindly let us know if this is correct.
