Runserver should not be used in the production.
If you do not see page the styling - set DEBUG = True or use --insecure flag with the runserver command.

according to the definition of "record" - "The record intent is for queries where the user wants to record, tape or save some audio or video.", we not sure if saving a station is also a record intent. It seems to me record is for recording the audio and video instead of a station. Could you advise on this?
