    Utterance: broadway

    Annotations:

    1. locations:na -- [broadway]<street>
    2. business:business:na -- [broadway]lt;named_business>

Question: We have run into quite a lot extremely fragmented utterances like this one above and we are not sure whether it belongs to locations or business. Kindly tell us your thought on this and we would appreciate a rule of thumb on this kind of scenarios.

If a query, or a fragment, could belong in more than one domain (as is the case here), please use generic domain.

    Correct Annotation: generic:na:body -- [broadway]<body>
